- Pre-work before the training (delivered by email)
- 2 days in-person
- Training delivered by 2 certified Dale Carnegie Trainers
- Each participant has seven individual presentations; using different structures that can be applied in various business situations
- All presentations are recorded
- Intense in-the-moment coaching during presentations
- 1:1 coaching and feedback session after each recorded presentation (Review Room)
