The NEUROFOCUS® online course is an innovative language training based on the proprietary Neurodiversity Focused Learning™ method, designed with the cognitive diversity of participants in mind. The classes develop practical language skills most commonly used in the workplace – tailored to the role, industry, and individual needs of participants. The training supports neurodiverse individuals, including those on the autism spectrum, with ADHD, or dyslexia, as well as those who learn in different ways – visually, auditorily, or kinesthetically. Thanks to tailored teaching strategies and diverse educational materials, each participant gains space for effective development. The course format engages and minimizes stress associated with learning. We use IT tools that make the course an interactive and adventurous experience – including language games, project tasks, and a progress tracking system on the Lerneo® platform. The entire process is transparent, and its management is fully organized in an outsourcing model. The training is conducted by instructors familiar with business realities and specialized language in the context of various industries. The course can be conducted individually or in groups, with a flexible schedule. The language course program is created individually, taking into account the participants' levels, their professional needs, organizational goals, and learning styles. We do not offer ready-made schemes – each course begins with an analysis of requirements and expectations, and then we design a language development path that genuinely supports participants in their daily work. The thematic scope may include, among others, email and oral communication, meetings, presentations, documentation creation, phone conversations, negotiations, or industry-specific vocabulary. For international teams, it is also possible to include issues from the area of intercultural communication. Thanks to the proprietary Neurodiversity Focused Learning™ method, participants learn in a way that is most suited to their cognitive style – regardless of whether they are visual learners, auditory learners, kinesthetic learners, or neurodiverse individuals. Courses are conducted in a dynamic, engaging, and practical manner, using a variety of materials and IT tools. The program remains flexible – it can be modified during the course in response to changing needs.
