The training concludes with the creation of an individual action plan supporting the development of mental resilience.

The training is conducted by a certified Trainer - Practitioner, participants receive training materials in paper form, access to the platform for 3 months for the Stress course, the possibility of 1:1 sessions with the Trainer for 500.00 PLN net, training gadgets, and certificates of completion of the workshop.
