In her practice, she utilizes the MTQPlus mental resilience assessment in both developmental and recruitment processes, supporting the accuracy of personnel decisions and the alignment of candidates with job requirements and the work environment. Dorota combines reliable psychological diagnostics with an analysis of the role and organizational context, preparing clear reports and recommendations for HR and managers. Her approach is based on current scientific knowledge, neurobiology of stress, and business practice, with the aim of increasing effectiveness, mental resilience, and long-term well-being of employees.

Training Description

This is an assessment using a psychometric test. 
The MTQPlus mental resilience assessment is a standardized diagnostic tool used to evaluate how a person functions under pressure, stress, change, and high demands. The assessment is conducted in the form of an online questionnaire and lasts a maximum of 25 minutes. Its goal is to objectively determine key aspects of mental resilience that are important for professional effectiveness, well-being, and fit for the role and work environment. MTQPlus is based on a recognized model of mental resilience and allows for the examination of, among other things, levels of emotional and cognitive control, responses to pressure, perseverance in task completion, flexibility in the face of change, and a sense of influence and agency. The tool enables the identification of both the strengths of the individual being assessed and areas requiring support or further development. As such, it is applicable in both developmental and recruitment processes. The results of the assessment are available almost immediately after its completion in the form of automatically generated reports. 

MTQPlus offers three types of reports: 
– a developmental report for the participant, presenting an individual profile of mental resilience in a clear and understandable format, 
– a coaching report, used as a basis for developmental conversations, feedback sessions, or further individual work, 
– a recruitment report, supporting the evaluation of a candidate's fit for job requirements and the work environment. 

The MTQPlus assessment provides reliable data that can be used for planning development, making personnel decisions, and mental health prevention activities. It is not just a measurement but a starting point for conscious work on mental resilience, effectiveness, and long-term functioning in a demanding professional environment.
