Our business focuses on providing the highest quality training solutions for domestic and international enterprises. We specialize in large training projects aimed at managers at various levels of management. Our market differentiator is innovative training tools such as games and training simulations.
This training aims to develop awareness and skills in building a safety culture within the organization. Participants will understand the key role of supervision, direct managers, and management staff in shaping a safe work environment. The training will allow for the identification of sources of hazardous behaviors and the reasons for increased risk tolerance among employees. Through the use of the training game "Last Expedition," participants will experience the consequences of risky decisions and learn how to conduct effective safety conversations. The program focuses on practical challenges faced by leaders in production teams and on tools that enable the reinforcement of safe habits and changes in attitudes.
