The "Leader Academy" is an intensive 10-day development program for individuals managing teams and preparing for a managerial role. The training is practical and focuses on real challenges that leaders face in their daily work - from communication and delegation to building engagement and managing diversity within the team. Participants gradually develop leadership competencies, learning effective people management, consciously building authority, and adapting their leadership style to the situation and team.
