Training Description

"KPI – Key Performance Indicators" is a program that shows how to measure what really matters to effectively manage a company. Participants learn to identify and implement KPI indicators that support strategy execution, rather than just documenting activity. The training combines knowledge from Performance Management, management by objectives (OKR), and practices of strategic and operational controlling. The program focuses on how to select key data, set priorities, and translate strategy into specific actions. Participants will learn tools for designing strategic maps, creating KPIs, and designing monitoring and reporting systems. Errors and pitfalls in using metrics are also discussed. This training is not just theory – participants will develop metrics for their own organizations, learn how to implement them, and use them in ongoing management. It is particularly recommended for those developing a management by objectives system and employees of PMO project offices.
