Description

Company Description

Coach Republic helps organizations build a work environment that enhances performance, engagement, and employee well-being. I am a certified Gallup CliftonStrengths strengths coach, a job crafting facilitator, and a graduate of the TROP Trainer School, with 21 years of experience in an international corporation translating into a practical understanding of business realities, pressures, and expectations of managers and teams. I combine talent diagnosis with implementing changes visible in daily work. The result: greater responsibility and autonomy for employees, more effective leadership, better collaboration, increased motivation, and reduced risk of burnout. Coach Republic is development that works.

Training Description

The team workshop based on a job crafting approach focuses on consciously transforming the way work is performed within existing roles, tasks, and organizational structures. It provides practical support for employees and teams in identifying areas where they have a real impact and in designing changes that increase efficiency, quality of work, and a sense of agency. The workshop program is based on working on real tasks, responsibilities, and professional challenges of participants. Participants analyze how they organize their work, collaborate, and manage energy and workload, and then design implementable micro-changes that do not require changing positions or structural reorganization. The workshop can be conducted as a standalone developmental intervention or as part of broader HR and well-being initiatives aimed at counteracting burnout and enhancing engagement. A particular emphasis is placed on bottom-up agency of employees and better alignment of work with the resources, competencies, and capabilities of the team. The outcome of the workshop is specific conclusions and individual and team directions for change that participants can implement in their daily work, thereby supporting the stability, efficiency, and long-term functioning of the organization.
