In the fall of 2019, we became the market leader in AgilePM® training and Project Management training as part of the "Trusted Training Radar® for AgilePM®" study conducted by Course Conductor. Practical knowledge, experienced trainers, proven quality – choosing our training is an investment in real results. This training provides both practical knowledge and helps understand the behaviors of others as well as your own. The course shows what interpretative errors may arise in contact with cultural differences. Depending on the focus, it will provide guidance on reading non-verbal communication, the significance of spatial context, etc. Representatives from various industries can participate in the training, regardless of age or managerial level. Depending on demand, the training can be tailored for an advanced group in a specific field and relate to a particular region or country (e.g., Scandinavian countries, Arab countries, Asian countries, etc.)
The training is aimed at everyone who deals with representatives of different cultures in their professional work. It is ideal for those who intend to (or already do) work in international teams (especially in distributed teams), conduct negotiations, lead or participate in international project teams, as well as those who collaborate with foreigners on-site in Poland.
