The name TRAINING TREE was created by the company's founder, Dr. Marcin Capiga. Training refers to the main activity - conducting training and group sessions. The tree symbolizes growth (development) based on strong foundations (mission and values). In the logo, one can see a soaring bird - a symbol of releasing the potential of individuals and companies. Our Training Team consists of specialized business practitioners who have previously held key positions in their organizations.

Training Description

Bullying in the workplace affects the climate, efficiency, and well-being of the entire organization. In times that emphasize diversity and inclusivity, the ability to recognize and counteract bullying becomes a key competence for every leader and employee. During this practical training, participants will learn specific tools for identifying and counteracting bullying. Through interactive exercises, case analysis, and group discussions, they will learn to recognize different forms of bullying, understand the mechanisms of its emergence, and discover effective intervention strategies. The workshop will help develop skills for building a safe organizational culture, conducting difficult conversations, and supporting those affected by bullying.
