Module flow: The workshop will start with interactive integration exercises that will allow participants to get to know each other and create a safe environment for further work. Then, the theoretical basis of creativity, artistry, and improvisation will be introduced, explaining the differences and connections between these concepts. Participants will learn how creativity relates to everyday business challenges. Aspects of exploration, combination, and transformation will be discussed as key elements of the creative process. In the second part of the module, participants will engage in practical improvisation exercises aimed at warming up before more advanced creative techniques. Specific improvisation techniques that can be applied in a business environment will be presented and practiced. Then, questioning thinking will be discussed as a tool for precisely defining problems, and combinatorial thinking will help in connecting seemingly unrelated elements to generate innovative solutions. The module will conclude with practical application of acquired skills in simulated problem situations.
