Description
Our business focuses on providing the highest quality training solutions for domestic and international enterprises. We specialize in large training projects aimed at managers at various levels of management. Our market differentiator is innovative training tools such as games and training simulations.
The "Managerial Feedback" training is an intensive, one-day workshop designed to equip managers with practical tools and techniques for effectively giving and receiving feedback. Participants will have the opportunity to experience the consequences of both "bad" and constructive feedback, allowing them to develop best communication practices. The program focuses on discussing the most common mistakes and communication traps that can arise in the feedback process. The training will also help understand the importance of feedback for achieving results, building relationships, and improving communication quality within the team. Participants will have the chance for intensive practical training, using proven models such as 3K (Specific, Consequences, Contract) and FUKO (Facts, Response, Consequences, Expectations). The workshop will increase readiness to handle difficult situations, making the use of feedback easier and less emotionally costly for them. This training is crucial for managers who wish to build a culture of open and effective communication within their teams.

- "Bad feedback"
- Communication mistakes and traps
- Difficult situations related to feedback
- Building a feedback culture
-
Module flow: At the beginning of the module, participants will be asked to prepare and role-play simulations in which they will present "the worst feedback in the world." This experience will help them understand the consequences of using "bad feedback." As part of the workshop and discussion, a list of potential mistakes and traps as well as good practices for giving feedback will be created. Participants will then face blockers and challenges that prevent them from providing necessary feedback on a daily basis or doing so infrequently. Under the trainer's guidance, they will develop preventive actions and remedies that will make using feedback easier and less emotionally costly for them.
Module 2 - Effective Feedback in Practice - 3K Model (Specific, Consequences, Contract)
- FUKO Model (Facts, Response, Consequences, Expectations)
- Examples of professional situations
- Receiving and giving feedback – intensive practical training
- Module flow: In the second part of the day, participants will learn two simple and useful models for providing feedback: 3K and FUKO. They will understand how they work based on prepared examples. They will then practice giving and receiving feedback in simulated conversations based on real challenges from their professional environment. Various examples, comments, and good practices presented by the facilitator will allow them to face diverse situations and better prepare for them. Participants will conclude the workshops ready to apply feedback in practice – providing constructive and positive feedback to both their employees and colleagues, using the learned structures and good practices.
