FANUC Robots - Basic Training + Maintenance

FANUC Poland is the only authorized FANUC training center in Poland.

The training is intended for maintenance department employees and automation specialists. After the training, participants will be able to operate FANUC robots and handle simple malfunctions.

The goal of the training is to enhance participants' competencies, allowing them to perform their duties more effectively.

Topics covered in the course: 

• Safety rules when working with robots 
• Discussion of the structure and functionality of basic robot and controller components 
• Operating using the manual programming panel (Teach Pendant) 
• Coordinate systems, manual robot movement, singular positions 
• Creating User Tool and User Frame coordinate systems 
• Types of interpolation (Joint, Linear, Circular, Circle Arc), trajectory programming, editing existing programs 
• Basic programming instructions with examples (numeric registers, loops, IF conditional instructions, subroutine calls, and others) 
• Creating and restoring a backup of the robot's memory 
• Simulating controller failures in practice – working with documentation 
• Robot collision recovery – examples and methods of action 
• Battery replacement, mastering, and calibration of the robot in practice 
• Common errors and methodology of action

4 days, 8 hours per day, from 9 AM to 5 PM
