Module flow: The workshop will begin with an energetic icebreaker. Participants will systematize their knowledge about key concepts related to emotional intelligence and learn what it is and what it is not, how it differs from rational intelligence, and whether it can be developed. They will then learn to recognize and name their feelings and emotional states, preferences, action strategies, and collaboration with others. An important aspect will be better understanding themselves, their behaviors and reactions, and accepting themselves as they are. Participants will learn how who they are shapes their relationships with others and what action strategies they can adopt in interactions with another person.

- Module flow: Empathy is one of the social competencies in emotional intelligence concerning relationships with others. It is understood as the ability to experience the emotional states of others, to be aware of the feelings, needs, and values held by others, and to be sensitive to the feelings of others. In this module, participants will learn how to recognize and understand another person, their needs, concerns, values, aspirations, behaviors, and how to shape their communication and ways of acting and collaborating with that person, taking this knowledge about them into account. They will finish the workshop more sensitive to the needs of others. They will also receive tips on how they can continue their self-development in the field of emotional intelligence.
