Training Description

This practical training shows how to effectively plan and achieve goals in project work by combining classical and agile approaches, developing skills in goal setting, working in small steps, and building proactivity and team engagement. Participants learn modern management, delegation, building trust and authority, as well as conducting effective communication based on feedback, active listening, and adapting to different personality styles. The workshop also includes practical tools and methodologies (including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall), planning team work in sprints, managing the backlog, monitoring progress, and removing blockers, which translates into better project results and sustainable organizational development.

b) Employee potential - how to recognize, develop, and utilize it.
c) Generational stereotypes and their impact on company operations - generations BB, X, Y, Z.
d) Conversations with employees - annual, quarterly, monthly, brainstorming vs. constant feedback:
– speed and accuracy of communication,
– impact of conversations on employee engagement,
– impact of conversations on employee development,
– impact of conversations on company atmosphere and culture,
– impact of conversations on company results.

3. Agile Project Team Management:
