Module Flow: We will start the training with the training game Intuition, focusing on mutual acquaintance among participants and building trust. We will discuss topics that are not directly related to daily work, which will help increase the level of mutual predictability and trust. Participants will then learn about the model for building an effective team based on Patrick Lencioni's concept of the 5 Dysfunctions of Teamwork. They will understand the natural dysfunctions that hinder effective collaboration and learn ways to overcome them. The goal is to raise awareness of the importance of mindfulness towards others for building healthy, effective relationships within the organization.

- Module Flow: During the main part of the workshop, participants will experience the challenge of reconciling partially conflicting interests and collaboratively crafting a solution beneficial for all parties. Through the dynamic game "Bridge over the Sava River," they will enhance their communication skills, situational diagnosis, influencing, arguing, and crafting satisfactory agreements. After the game, with the trainer's support, they will develop good practices that will allow them to achieve better results in interdepartmental collaboration in their professional reality. The game allows participants to experience a situation where appropriate recognition of needs and mutual connections of interests is crucial to breaking the deadlock and lack of willingness to cooperate. Participants will see how to build trust, share knowledge, and manage expectations to craft satisfactory solutions.
