    Module 2 - Communication and Accountability for Goals

Participants will understand the differences between monitoring and control, learn to consciously choose the timing and frequency of monitoring, and discover managerial practices that increase the degree of enforcement of assigned tasks and their quality. The training will conclude with enhancing competencies in managing employees through effective work with goals and applying proven managerial models.
