Description
We are a training and consulting company offering services to international corporations, government and non-government organizations, and private clients. We approach each project individually, providing comprehensive support and tailored solutions. We have been operating since 2010. The name TRAINING TREE was created by the company's founder, Dr. Marcin Capiga. Training refers to the main activity - conducting training and group sessions. The tree symbolizes growth based on strong foundations (mission and values). In the logo, you can see a soaring bird - a symbol of releasing the potential of individuals and companies. Our Training Team consists of specialized business practitioners who have previously held key positions in their organizations.
The word feedback contains the word "feed" - feeding. Because good feedback is information on which we can grow and develop, while a feedback-less diet in business leads to nothing healthy. So how can we effectively convey feedback to leave curiosity, a desire for development, and motivation instead of a feeling of being stoned? How to build openness to feedback in ourselves and our colleagues? What defensive mechanisms block us from accepting it and how to deal with them, and above all, how to be a leader who is not only open but also asks for feedback? We will discuss this during our meeting.
