  • Module Flow: The module will start with an immersive gameplay experience in the training game "You Have a Message," which will allow participants to experience the challenges of effective communication in pursuit of a common goal. The experience from the game will be discussed in detail to identify both difficulties and best practices in oral, email communication, and during meetings. The culmination of this part of the training will be the joint development of unified communication principles, known as the "common code," which is key to effective functioning within the organization.
