Training Description

During the DTMethod Professional training, participants will deepen their skills in conducting stakeholder research and understanding their needs. The training aims to present participants with new tools applicable in the design thinking process and to practice them. This is an ideal training for those who want to enhance their work efficiency in design thinking teams and wish to become facilitators of this process. The DTMethod Professional training covers topics such as: The impact of cognitive constraints on the design thinking process, Principles of conducting stakeholder research, Principles of creating surveys, Alternative tools in the design thinking process using DTMethod. The training is workshop-based, during which participants will practice applying the material learned.
