The Internet Employers Association IAB Poland is an organization that brings together around 250 of the most important companies in the Polish internet market, including the largest internet portals, media houses, interactive agencies, technology companies, and advertisers. Its goal is to educate the market on the use of the internet as an effective tool for conducting business and marketing communication. It promotes e-marketing and advertising solutions and creates and implements industry quality standards.
The DIMAQ Professional Academy is an advanced, interactive training course preparing for the DIMAQ Professional exam – an international certificate confirming competencies in digital marketing. The program consists of 8 live online meetings, each lasting about 2.5 hours, totaling 20 hours of intensive learning. The thematic scope covers all key areas of digital marketing:
• terminology, definitions, and best practices that facilitate effective communication in digital projects
• data analysis, defining campaign goals, identifying target groups, and measuring the effectiveness of actions
• planning and executing promotional activities, content marketing tools, and communication in social media
• mobile marketing and its applications
• legal aspects in e-marketing, including regulations regarding data and online advertising.
The methodology is based on maximum interaction between participants and trainers. Various forms of work are used during the classes: online lectures, moderated discussions, practical exercises, brainstorming, quizzes, case study analysis, and a mock exam. Everything is conducted live, allowing for immediate exchange of experiences, asking questions, and adjusting content to the needs of the group. Upon completion of the Academy, participants possess comprehensive theoretical and practical knowledge, enabling them to take the DIMAQ Professional exam – a standardized online test verifying competencies in 12 areas of digital marketing. The certificate is valid for 2 years and confirms readiness to conduct professional activities in the digital environment.

The training program of the DIMAQ Professional Academy – online covers the full spectrum of competencies necessary for effective action in digital marketing. Participants start with an introduction to digital marketing, learning its basic concepts, communication channels, and current trends. In the Strategy and Planning module, they learn to develop promotional strategies and select tactical actions tailored to business goals and audience needs.
The subsequent blocks cover specialized areas: Email Marketing – creating effective campaigns, audience segmentation, and automation; Search Engine Marketing (SEM) – actions in search engines, including SEO and Google Ads campaigns; Display Advertising and Programmatic – planning, purchasing, and optimizing display ads, as well as Content Marketing and Webwriting – creating engaging content tailored to the channel and target group.
The Social Media and Video Advertising module shows how to effectively use social media and video formats to build brand image and sales. Mobile Marketing and E-commerce focus on mobile strategies and conducting online sales.
In the Web Analytics and User Experience section, participants learn tools for measuring the effectiveness of actions and principles of designing user-friendly experiences. The program concludes with the Internet Law block, discussing regulations regarding data, advertising, and consumer protection in the digital environment.
The training lasts 20 hours - 8 sessions of 2.5 hours each.
