• Gold or dollars – exercise in smaller groups based on chaos mathematics and non-zero-sum game – the role of Trust in the team (considering distributed teams)

• I want/I don't want – current situation map in the organization as an introduction to the implementation task
• Implementation task: Creating the SST matrix – Start – Stop – Continue and an individual implementation plan of recorded actions.
