Piotr Sarota is an ICF (International Coaching Federation) accredited coach at the PCC (Professional Certified Coach) level, a certified trainer of Gallup methodologies, and a mediator working in the Nonviolent Communication (NVC) approach. He helps identify talents, develop potential, and achieve goals. He supports decision-making, conflict resolution, and building job satisfaction. He has analyzed over 1000 talent profiles and is well-versed in Gallup tools. For 17 years, he led SAROTA PR agency, collaborating with nearly 50 companies – from global corporations to Polish startups.
The program is the second stage of working with CliftonStrengths® talents from Gallup and is exclusively designed for individuals who have already completed the All 34 assessment and consultation discussing the results. It is a practical continuation that will deepen your understanding of your talent profile and translate it into real decisions and actions. During four individual sessions, you will learn about your strengths, risk areas, and key developmental levers. Working with Gallup tools dedicated to 1:1 work, you will develop action strategies tailored to your goals, work style, and current professional challenges.

- Appreciating Talents (60 min) – Discussion of the full profile of 34 talents with an emphasis on accepting one's own action style and understanding internal motivations.
- Talent Risks (60 min) – Identification of risks arising from immature use of talents and development of ways to mitigate them. You will recognize areas that may lower effectiveness or self-esteem.
- Strategy for Using and Developing Talents (60 min) – Identification of key talents for achieving priorities and building a coherent action strategy based on strengths.
- Mapping Talents in Action Domains (60 min) – Analysis of the impact of talents on relationships, communication, action, and thinking. You will gain practical ways to increase effectiveness.
- 4 meetings of 60 minutes each – a total of 240 minutes
