We will create system visions, user stories, mockups, agree on acceptance criteria, estimate complexity, and prioritize. During the workshop, participants will practice how to: gather requirements
- describe them
- group and model them
- estimate complexity, time, cost, and risk
- prioritize and manage changes in requirements
- The workshop will be conducted in a 3 + 2 day format (with a one-week break). In the second part of the training, participants discuss successes and problems they encountered at work (between workshops).
The training program is tailored to each group individually.
