Objectives

Comprehensive preparation for the role of a business analyst with practical knowledge of tools and methods.

Benefits
  • Participants will have the opportunity to practice how to conduct interviews, workshops, formulate requirements, describe them, and agree on them. They will learn typical working methods and tools used in requirements analysis for IT systems. We will create system visions, user stories, mockups, agree on acceptance criteria, estimate complexity, and prioritize. During the workshop, participants will practice how to: gather requirements

  • prioritize and manage changes in requirements
  • The workshop will be conducted in a 3 + 2 days format (with a one-week gap). In the second part of the training, participants will discuss successes and problems they encountered at work (between workshops).
