The aim of this training is to familiarize participants with the basics of artificial intelligence and to present examples of using ChatGPT in recruitment processes. No specialized technical knowledge is required. The training is aimed at individuals at various levels of advancement.

    • Benefits and risks of using AI in recruitment
    • Available tools useful in the recruitment area
    • Differences between tools and explanation of why ChatGPT is currently the most useful in the area of employee recruitment

2. CHATGPT SUPPORTS THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS
    • Preparing the recruitment process (from defining requirements to candidate sourcing strategy)
    • Conducting recruitment (from acquiring a candidate to going through all recruitment stages)
    • Candidate experience, ghosting candidates, and other recruitment challenges where ChatGPT supports recruiters
