We will guide you on how to achieve your goals and enhance efficiency in project execution. We will be a reliable partner to help you succeed in management!
As a Project Manager, are you struggling with time pressure, increasing amounts of data, and project complexity? Artificial Intelligence (AI) offers solutions that will help you meet these challenges and achieve better results. By automating repetitive tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and data analysis, you will save time and be able to focus on the strategic aspects of the project. The "AI in Project Management" training will introduce you to the practical application of AI tools in project scheduling, risk management, budget forecasting, cost monitoring, and visualization, streamlining your work and opening new development opportunities. You will master advanced data analysis techniques and develop skills in prediction and data-driven decision-making. Through practical exercises and case studies, you will understand the role of AI in project management and acquire skills that you can immediately apply.
The training is intended for individuals with basic knowledge in project management and/or practical experience – i.e., Project Managers, project leaders, and team members interested in utilizing AI in their work.
The aim of the training is to familiarize participants with the advanced possibilities of using AI in project management and to acquire practical skills in utilizing AI tools in daily work.
Upon completion of the training, participants will increase their efficiency and effectiveness in project management and will be able to:
- prepare project schedules using AI: AI tools such as Asana with AI features enable data analysis and predict optimal task completion dates, considering priorities and resources
- manage risk with AI support: AI facilitates the identification and assessment of risks by analyzing large datasets and previous project experiences
- forecast budgets and monitor costs: machine learning algorithms support budget management by predicting overspending and optimizing resource allocation
- visualize schedules, risks, and budgets: AI tools enable the creation of data visualizations such as schedules, risk maps, and budget charts
- The ability to utilize AI is also increasingly sought after by employers. Through the training, participants will gain knowledge and skills that will distinguish them from others
