The training is intended for individuals with basic knowledge in project management and/or practical experience – i.e., Project Managers, project leaders, and team members interested in utilizing AI in their work.

The aim of the training is to familiarize participants with the advanced possibilities of using AI in project management and to acquire practical skills in utilizing AI tools in daily work.

Upon completion of the training, participants will increase their efficiency and effectiveness in project management and will be able to:

• manage risk with AI support: AI facilitates the identification and assessment of risks by analyzing large datasets and previous project experiences
• forecast budgets and monitor costs: machine learning algorithms support budget management by predicting overspending and optimizing resource allocation
• visualize schedules, risks, and budgets: AI tools enable the creation of data visualizations such as schedules, risk maps, and budget charts
