Training Description

Kanban is a work management method that originated in the production environment in the 1940s. The main goals of using Kanban are to increase the predictability of work performed, enhance team and organizational efficiency, minimize waste, and continuously improve processes. The Adaptive Kanban Framework is a modern approach to applying Kanban in an office environment, with a particular focus on working in distributed teams. Unlike traditional approaches, the Adaptive Kanban Framework helps manage "invisible" work, which is the work done by people in the office. In the Adaptive Kanban Framework Foundation training, participants will learn the principles of Kanban, the principles of the Adaptive Kanban Framework, key techniques and methods to enhance team and organizational performance, roles and responsibilities of those involved in using Kanban, the most important rules for applying Kanban, and the process of implementing, maintaining, and improving the entire Kanban System.
