Management 3.0 is a modern management concept that emerged from the reflections and practices of managers leading teams in the agile transformation world. It is based on a precisely defined way of thinking and approach to management in organizations, as well as a constantly growing collection of tools, games, and practices that help every employee participate in this task. The Management 3.0 Foundation Workshop is two days of intensive work aimed at familiarizing participants with the agile approach to managing work and people in organizations and verifying their own managerial attitudes based on complexity theory (scientific foundations of agile work effectiveness). It is an opportunity to learn about the agile management model Management 3.0 and test practices related to all six perspectives of Management 3.0 (Motivating People, Improving Everything, Team Empowerment, Developing Competencies, Scaling Structure, Defining Constraints). Participants complete 9 knowledge modules according to the international guidelines of Management 3.0. Management 3.0 provides concrete solutions aimed at: Building leadership in organizations based on effective delegation and strengthening self-organizing teams. Creating an environment that fosters motivation and engagement. Supporting learning processes and developing competencies at every level of the organization. Enabling coping with failures.
