Company Description

We are a modern training company that combines practical in-person workshops with innovative e-learning solutions, supporting the real implementation of acquired knowledge in daily work. Thanks to our proprietary blended learning platform and collaboration with experienced trainers, we create flexible programs tailored to the needs of various industries, enriched with interactive tools, videocasts, and 1:1 sessions. Our mission is not only to develop competencies but also to create an inspiring space for exchanging experiences while maintaining the highest quality of service and continuously improving our standards.

Training Description

This comprehensive training develops skills for effective communication at work. Participants learn why misunderstandings occur, how to recognize communication barriers, stereotypes, and sources of conflict, and how to mitigate them. The program also includes tools for effective communication, such as active listening, contracting cooperation principles, and providing feedback. A strong emphasis is placed on practice – individual and group exercises help translate knowledge into everyday professional situations. Communication styles, assertiveness, and the role of emotions in professional relationships are also discussed. The workshop concludes with a summary and the creation of an individual implementation plan for the acquired skills in the workplace.

Who the Training is For

The "Communication in Practice" workshop is intended for individuals working in teams and having daily contact with colleagues, clients, or business partners who want to improve the quality of their communication, better handle difficult and conflict situations, and increase the effectiveness of collaboration. It will benefit operational employees, specialists, and managers who want to consciously develop communication skills, provide feedback, assertiveness, and better understand different communication styles.

Objectives

The goal of the "Communication in Practice" workshop is to develop the skills of effective and conscious communication in a professional environment, so that participants can better understand their interlocutors, reduce misunderstandings, and handle difficult and conflict situations more efficiently. The training also aims to strengthen competencies in active listening, providing feedback, assertiveness, and adapting communication styles to different people and situations, which translates into better collaboration and effectiveness at work.

Benefits

Participation in the "Communication in Practice" workshop allows for a better understanding of communication mechanisms and reducing misunderstandings in daily work, which translates into smoother collaboration within the team and with clients.
