Training Description

This workshop develops the ability to effectively cope with emotions in difficult, stressful situations and in daily professional collaboration. Participants learn what emotional intelligence is and how it affects effectiveness compared to cognitive intelligence, as well as how to develop self-awareness and recognize their own emotional states. The training shows how to consciously manage emotions, build self-control, strengthen balanced self-esteem, and utilize positive psychology in work and goal achievement. An important element is also working on optimism and pessimism and their impact on motivation and burnout. The entire program is practical and focused on developing competencies that support the effectiveness of managers, salespeople, and employees in professional relationships and in managing themselves and others.
