Facilitation is an approach to conducting meetings focused on developing solutions to problems by teams. The person leading such meetings, the facilitator, uses a range of techniques, tools, and models aimed at enhancing effectiveness in achieving this goal. The Facilitation training allows participants to learn the key mechanisms governing teamwork. Participants learn how to lead a meeting to effectively support the team in solving even very complex and complicated problems. The course equips participants with a set of skills and tools useful in conducting facilitated workshops. The aim of the training is to prepare participants to independently lead such workshops and acquire the skills to use facilitation techniques in their daily work.
